Resilience Resource Library
The KHCRC Resource Library is a living collection of tools, information, and community-centered resources designed to support healing, resilience, and well-being.
This library offers accessible materials related to wellness practices, trauma-informed care, mental health support, community safety, and local services.
Curated with care and grounded in the needs of Southwest Philadelphia, these resources are meant to empower individuals, families, and organizations with knowledge that supports healing, connection, and informed decision-making.
We invite community members to explore, share, and return often as the library continues to grow alongside our collective needs.

WELLNESS TIP OF THE MONTH
This month, prioritize your mental and physical health by decluttering your space and mind to reduce stress. Combine this by taking a 10–20 minute daily walk to boost your mood and immune system, while limiting screen time to stay present.
Move More: Set a timer to stand or walk for five minutes every 30 minutes of sitting.
Hydrate Smarter: Keep a refillable bottle handy and drink water with each meal.
Mental Reset: Take four to six slow, deep breaths, four to five times, when you feel tense.
Social Connection: Focus on deeper, present conversations (active listening) rather than just waiting to talk.
Nutritious Addition: Try adding a vegetable to every meal—spinach in breakfast eggs, or extra veggies at dinner.
